This was my first time trying it out, and it was a lot of fun. I know a lot more after an hour then I did coming in. Plus the instructor was helpful.
The 5 stars on every review speaks for itself....amazing atmosphere. Great kids and adults programs. Great student environment. Trained at different gyms in different states..there truly is no egos here..from the pro fighters...to the beginners..everyone is respective and treated the same.
I love working with the trainers RONIN MUAY THIA . They are all exceptionally talented in their own unique styles. They are always positive and motivated to train people . Environment is nothing but the upmost respectful discipline hard working team . I look forward going to training tues-Friday even Sundays outta town . I believe in them and the progress they’ve put in to the community to give back one person at a time and one punch at a time . Y’all ROCK!!
This review pertains to the BJJ training coming from a person with very limited background knowledge or experience in the sport. All of the coaches/owners are exceptionally thorough and patient when it comes to showing technique. It is a very welcoming and positive learning experience with a profound amount of passion for the sport. The energy is amazing and as an outsider you will feel welcomed right away from everyone at the Gym. The rolling can be very intense but it stems from a position to grow. People aren't going to just smash you into obliteration, despite how easily they can. The value for your time, money, and energy can not be exceeded. Absolutely ecstatic about Ronin Muay Thai.
A great place to train and learn. Dedicated group of coaches and training partners that really help you for what you are looking to do, whether that is to compete or just to learn and get in shape. I would reccomend this place for anyone looking to have fun while putting in work, but also looking to be pushed to achieve goals. Plus it is an extremely kid friendly place!
