Coach i will really like to get my son involved on this sport he is a little bit out of vision i want do something for him i need an appointment or i can walk in to get orientation?

Working out with coach Mercedes has been one of the best things that I have done for my body, mind, spirit, health AND BUSINESS! After two years I still hate it if I have to miss a workout. Coach is a true visionary! I am grateful to have found him and to be on his team! Thanks to coach I am in the best shape of my life at 58 ... yes that is a recent picture, thanks coach..... oh by the way, I never said it was easy!
