Best. Workout. Ever. Surround yourself with friendly, fun, and encouraging Jazzercisers! This is not your mother's Jazzercise! This is dance, mixed with kick boxing and weightlifting. A complete cardio/strength training regime that will leave you wanting more and feeling like you can conquer the world! Get in here and get healthy!!!
Absolutely one of the most rewarding fitness centers I have ever been a part of. I'm getting not only an incredible work out, but also getting to know some amazing people. These people (the instructors AND my fellow Jazzercisers) are some of the most thoughtful, strong and hilarious folks I have met. I look forward to getting to these classes - it doesn't feel like a "work out," even though I sweat my butt off. Jazzercise is as important for my body as it is my mind and I encourage anyone (old, young, male, female, WHOEVER) to give it a try. You will be greeted by the most welcoming people, your body will thank you AND you will have a blast. JOIN US!
