Great owners feel like part of the family
I don't know where to start other then 5 star plus. This gym is not a workout let's lose weight. This gym is let's train to have a better mind set, increased confidence, and find out who I am. I bring my grandson here because walking into this gym, for a totally different reason then to workout, brought a smile and a calmness in myself that screamed this where my grandson needs to be. He has been here 1.5 weeks and with Nikki, and Nates kindness, knowledge and passion, my grandson is finding himself for the first time. This family business is not a business but a place to just be. Thank you Nate for giving my grandson positives to talk about daily, for the smiles after training,(we don't say working out), and the reason to not...want to go home after school and watch tv. You are a blessing to my heart and grandson. Thank you Nikki and Nate
Nate is sợ knowledgeable...and a great teacher... always positive, supportive, and kind. I feel so different and I am sending my son ánd fancieee thêre as a wedding gift.
Nate and Nikki are the best Great place with all the right equipment and knowledge, for anyone from basic to strongman.
Very grateful I found this place and the owners. The equipment is from generalized to very specific. The atmosphere is however you want to see it from inviting all the way to insane training. Although nice equipment is great... When humble and dedicated people are behind the scenes, it creates a second home.
