Best place hands down for all martial arts for all ages! Very knowledgeable, practical, and applicable for real life. The owners are amazing as well, and they genuinely care about the students! Absolutely love this place!
Been going here for the last 3 going on four months and honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about the place, as well as the people who are training and assisting us in class, it has been a honest pleasure going here.
From somebody who used to come to this gym everyday, I have only good words to talk about this place. Master Lah Thao is a very kind soul from once being his actual student to become a student at his gym he is a very good hearted person and has put his soul in this place. The community that surrounds this gym brought me nothing but good memories and if you are looking to grow as a person then this is the place for you. From improving your physical health you will find out that you’ll also improve your mental health and quality of life. Master Lah Thao has worked extremely hard and is happy to share his knowledge with you. Great place that helped me grow as a person. Thank you for everything you guys have done for me.
My daughter started going here for a couple month now and she loves it a lot! She was able to make friends quick and also better herself with Taekwondo. Soon afterwards I also joined the classes and I appreciate the work Master Lah and the staff are doing.
