I gave a 5 star, which was not earned but Im wondering if they are read anyway. The inside mall entrance was closed during business hours with no signage or instructions to go to the outside entrance. I searched in the adult soccer shoe section, it was very disorganized and a staff member was 10 ft from me for 45 minutes while I searched box after box. I wasnt greated until I was walking to checkout. Based on their 3.7 average I genously gave them 5 as not to beat a dead horse.

I got my daughter Nike sweatpants for Christmas using my Dicks account. It turns out the sweats were too small, so my daughter decided she wanted another Nike hoodie instead. I went to Casper Wyoming Eastridge Mall location and they refused to exchange the sweatpants for a sweatshirt that was $5 MORE than the original sweatpants I was trying to exchange. First they said they couldn’t do it at all, then they offered to refund me $2.44 for the $60 sweat pants and after waiting FOREVER they ultimately decided to refund me $40 and I still had to pay $20 when all I wanted to do was exchange the sweatpants I already bought ON MY DICKS ACCOUNT for a Nike sweatshirt and pay the extra $5 DOLLARS more that they were.The cashiers even looked at my account and said they couldn’t do it, which makes absolutely no sense. I have had my Dicks credit card for about 2 years and I will not be shopping with my Dicks credit card again because the company refuses to honor what I have bought even AFTER everything I bought is shown on my Dicks account. Ridiculous.
