If I could give more stars, I would. Coach Hooks knows his stuff! Within 3 months he got me within my goals and ready for basic training. Coach was professional and kept me on track. I’d highly recommend.
Coach hooks is very knowledgeable of the craft perfect sport to get your training done, most places you go is really just about a cardio session, he actually teach real boxing. The set up has everything a fighter could ask for.

Great for workout experience in this gym. If anyone is serious about getting physically fit, and learning how to box, this a great gym to come to. Right now I am preparing myself for a running marathon in April, and Loyalty Boxing Fitness is helping me reach my goal for running 10k in less than 45 minutes. I’ve been working out here all the month of March, and built a lot of endurance. I use to run a mile in 15 to 20 minutes. Last week I tested myself, and ran a mile in 10 minutes.
