Amazing gym! Has a great assortment of equipment for every type of workout. Love the sauna, cold plunge and float tank. Nice supportive staff are always willing to offer tips and tricks if you are new to using equipment.

Great gym in lander, especially if your into wellness up keep as well. Having a gym that has a sauna, cold plunge and float tank in a small town is fantastic.
No frills, no gimmicks - just a nice little gym! I love the location - there's a great jogging/walking trail right behind so I like to do my warmup outside then pop in to use to weights and other equipment. I really like the UV Sauna. I only wish the gym had showers but for $75 a month I guess you can't expect too much. I still haven't tried the cold plunge but I'm looking forward to that.
