The best gym in northern utah if not the state. It is a big gym family and cosch shane swartz is an absolute legend. It is an amazing place to not only get in shape, but learn to compete and meet some amazing people along the way. Get here!!

Amazing coach and welcoming group of people! Kick-ass work out; I always leave feeling fantastic. Coach Shane is a skilled instructor. If you want an insane workout from an incredible instructor and the chance to sweat with some of the greatest folks around, this is the place for you!!!
