No showers, but place is top notch clean for you clean freaks. Many machines, and plenty of space for free weight exercises.
Thanks for the review! We appreciate it!! We do have showers. We don’t have common showers. You can purchase shower access for an additional fee. We do this to keep the showers for those who truly need them and to mitigate shenanigans.
The best gym anyone could visit. Very clean, lots of different types of machines to use, I'm proud to be a member of this gym and I love visiting it.

Nice gym. Very clean. Lots of diversity. Really good classes. Great instructors. Helpful staff. Very reasonable rates. Now get off the couch you lazy bum, quit reading your damn phone, and go join! You could stand to lose a few inches anyway!

Stacy and her crew are amazing! This is a rare gem in this area! I never would have expected to find lifetime fitness quality gym in the middle of nowhere. The people are very nice and I was able to get my workouts in whenever, I love the 24/7.
