I’ve been training at IFC for almost 3 years, and this place has become like a second home. The coaching is 5 stars — professional, experienced, and always pushing us to reach the next level. Training here is intense and disciplined, exactly what you’d want in an MMA school, but at the same time the atmosphere is welcoming and supportive. Over the years I’ve built a real bond with both the coach and the students — everyone motivates each other, whether you’re preparing for competition or just training to better yourself. IFC is the perfect balance of hard work, respect, and community. Whether you’re looking to learn MMA seriously or just want a great place to train, IFC is the place to be. OSU 🙅🏻♂️

Amazing coach. I’ve been practicing kickboxing and also weight lifting for years at his gym. The coach has changed my mindset and my body tremendously. I feel awesome everyday I finish a kickboxing class or my personal training sections with him. He gives me all the instructions to perform the exercises correctly and demonstrate all the techniques to improve my kickboxing skills. At IFC we don’t play games, or we follow the plan or we have to quit, that’s the deal!
One of the best coach I’ve ever seen. He cares about us, he is focused in help us get our goals, he works also in our mindset. I highly recommend this gym!
