Coach Ray and the rest of the gym are very welcoming. The 6:45 boxing fitness class helped me get back into rhythm after ACL surgery from an MMA injury. Especially in the Texas summer heat—it trains you physically and mentally. Great energy, supportive coaches🥊💪

Great place for any and all comers. Plenty of pros and amateurs working to sharpen their skills, and the boxing fitness classes allow you to learn the basics while pushing you through an intense full body work out.

good coaches and people, decent equipment, but they dont actually teach you boxing, it’s more for fitness, and even if you express that you want to compete and learn boxing, they wont let you. It’s not because there isnt a class for amateurs, there is a class to learn and compete in amateur boxing but it’s a mystery on how to join it 🤷‍♂️ no individual work or attention. I went there every day for months and just got pretty much ignored the whole time. So if your looking to do boxing for fitness it’s great, if your looking to compete and learn, not so much

I've been going there since January 2023 and it has become a home away from home. Great facility, even better people. Everyone is welcome and the training is very intense. I'm in better shape now than I was when in the Marines. Highly recommend
