Thank you MA Fitness for a great experience and accommodation. Only been in the area for 5 weeks and this place made being away from home and family a lot easier. Any friends in the Montgomery area, I recommend this gym 10/10. Military Friendly, Great Facility, Amazing Staff, and the Atmosphere was Perfect! Shout out to the Trainer EJ. Dude walk me through some new workouts - No reason other than to share his knowledge.

I was stationed at Maxwell AFB and passed by this gym daily on my work commute as well as it being on my regular running route through downtown Montgomery. I stopped in to check the place out and was impressed by the friendly staff, equipment, and cleanliness. I’m no gym rat, but for my needs this place was a great fit. I never used any of the additional services, but have observed the trainers in action many times and they are legit!! Basic membership wasn’t outrageously expensive; I never priced the other services. I always felt welcomed when I had interactions with the staff. The hours, the location, the price, and the staff - if I can find a gym like this back home they’d get my business too!

Whether you’ve never stepped foot in a gym or have been lifting your whole life, this is the place to be! From the moment you walk in, everyone treats you like family and is always happy to help you reach your goals. Coach Rodney, the owner, is one of the most genuine people you’ll ever meet and truly values your business. I’ve been to dozens of gyms, but there isn’t another one like this.

Trainers think they own the place. Won’t let you work in between there clients sets when there jumping between 5 machines. Took the pin away from the stack when I was doing a drop set. Had my headphones on and said he needed the machine and I told him in a sec but refused to give the pin back.
