This place has world-class coaches, legit PTs, and staff who actually care…which is good, because the equipment looks like it deployed to Desert Storm and never came home. The music’s always bumping, the workouts hit harder than your last PLF, and every now and then you’ll share the floor with the crew from Camp Hope in Ben Stiller’s classic “Heavyweights.” Seriously though, best place on post to workout and the staff and their assistance is on par with world class units.
