Jarid at “The Cave” has improved my body mechanics to where I feel better than I have in years. Helped back issues and knee issues etc… also helped me bring back real movement Into my workouts with boxing style training and drills. Training with Jarid has become one of the better parts of my week every week. Can’t recommend him strongly enough

Everyone that I've seen come through the cave and get training from jarid leaves more informed and better in the area they were working.

Best muay thai spot in town. It's a small gym, so it's not overwhelmed with people. Very personable. Highly recommended.
