Stacey has cultivated an amazing gym. It's a lot of crossfit but also a great variety of yoga and stretch classes and my personal favorite, spin class.
Dropped in today. Very nice CrossFit Gym with friendly people and and the best view 🤩
Attended multiple CrossFit classes and yoga! The coaching staff is so nice and welcoming as well as the athletes. I always look forward to dropping in when I visit Seward. Highly recommend checking the Apex Gym out!
Dropped in for a couple of times while visiting Seward. Very beautiful and very neatly organized. All the coaches are very knowledgeable, everyone in the gym are very welcoming. Definitely recommend who are planning to drop by.
My experience with Apex Gym has been absolutely wonderful. The instructors are all really kind and helpful. I appreciate having access to varied fitness activities and friendly instructors and I encourage anyone at any age or weight or fitness level to find their way to Apex and get started!
