I love Jabz! I love how motivating the trainers are. I feel though like the change from women-only to co-ed defeats the whole purpose of it being a safe and welcoming space for women to take classes. I’m nonbinary, but female-presenting enough that it works for me. The workouts are great!

BEST PLACE EVER!! I joined about a year ago and it was the best decision ever. The coaches are nothing but supportive, positive, and kind-hearted. The fellow members are also always boosting each other up. It is the best place to not only get the best workout but also get uplifted!

I took my first class the other morning and Sydni was the coach. She made me feel welcome and comfortable! I was given a full tutorial and she checked in on me throughout the workout to make sure I was doing everything right. The workout was fantastic and everyone was so kind and welcoming. I can’t wait to go back! I was able to borrow gloves from the studio to use for my first class.

Jabz is the best fitness experience I have ever had. Extremely fun, supportive community - no comparison or body shame, just growth and fitness. And encouragement when you need/want it. The trainers are very knowledgeable and know exactly when and how to challenge you. The workout is both fun and intense, and the music is great. It's a great experience for anyone just beginning their fitness journey or someone who does crossfit regularly.

I'm from Mexico and I don't have a family here in USA. Jabz is one of my special place that I spend time everyday . I do not know what I am going to do without Jabz if one day I've to go back to Mexico. The trainers are super amazing, they make me feel that they care a lot of my workout. God bless Jabz !
