I love this gym! I use the machines, I take Pilates and yoga here! The locker room is always so clean and nice! I love the sauna and cold plunge too! Front desk staff I are always friendly and smiling!

I hate the saying "it's more than a __, it's a community" but that really is what Clubhaus is. I've met some of the best people and instructors while taking part in the many, many machine and weight options, along with the dozens of classes offered weekly. It's a great value for all that it offers, and it's nice to go somewhere where "everyone knows your name." 10/10 would recommend.

Great boutique gym overall. Love the all-in-1 concept that makes trying new things really easy while having room for my normal workouts. I'm not really a class kind of guy and normally wouldn't directly pay for them. With the membership, I now regularly incorporate them in my routine. Wins: -All included. The main draw for me - gym + coworking space + classes. For the price of similar or less than just a coworking space, I get a nice gym and classes I can jump in and out of. -Not overcrowded. Most times I can come in and comfortably superset on different machines without having to worry about moving my stuff. -Culture. It's a very relaxed, professional and friendly environment. Easy to come in and do your own thing or engage with others. Never had an issue of disrespect from other members. -Approachable staff. Most of the staff there are easy to talk to and available if you need to connect (shout out to Rush and Ross). Super flexible if there was something in particular I needed. -Nice extra touches. The sauna, cold plunge, free coffee, lemon water, fridge, meeting space, flexibility with having visitor meet with you, massage option, body scan machine (one of the few extra cost things)...adds up. -Lot of class options. Deca, Barre, Pilates, etc. System is very easy to reserve and ask a friend to join as well (an instructors like Catherine are knowledgeable and helpful). Haven't done a ton so can't speak to all but been great what I've done. -Lot of equipment options. Various unique machines and options you don't see at every gym. -Note on coworking: lots of space available and with varied seating. Call booths, desks, couches, whiteboards, tables, quiet and community sections, etc. It's very open and still not taken advantage of by many so lots of room. Things to Keep in Mind: -With all that's included, price is much higher than like a Planet Fitness if looking for purely just weights and machines (though much cheaper than a lot of the clubs and classes around which is more the space they're in). The buddy rate is very helpful with that. -Not 24 hours. Usually the store especially on weekends is open much earlier than posted for class but it's not 24-hour kind of place. -Coworking is new and still growing so community is limited if you need. -No basketball court or swimming pool if you're looking for that. Overall, definitely recommended it and really miss it when I'm traveling.

Clubhaus gym was a lifesaver/health saver for me while in Little Rock for 6 months! Richard Johnston, my trainer, in particular was fabulous! I was in town bc of surprise health issues my daughter was having, and Clubhaus & Richard kept me healthy! They kept me on a schedule so I didn’t ignore my own health. Richard quickly determined my limits & helped me grow my strength and keep an honest & hopeful perspective on life. People know each other at this gym. It’s not too big. The trainers are witty & fun. Can’t recommend this place enough! Thank Clubhaus!!

This is my go to gym when I visit Little Rock. It is clean and has a nice staff. It is also much less crowded than the larger chain gyms in the area. They offer some classes, but I prefer to just buy a day pass and use the gym equipment. The day pass is between $22-25 depending on who is at the desk (not sure why the difference). They have a cold plunge and sauna in the locker room which is great. The gym equipment is older. Overall the best option in LR for those visiting and wanting to workout
