Great coaches and atmosphere! Whether you are a competitor or hobbyist in this gym you will fit right in. They offer a variety of martial from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No Gi grappling, Wrestling, Boxing and Striking/Muay Thai, etc. I love the techniques that I’ve learned here!

This has Been a great School for my son. Wonderful place for him to socialize, learn to defend himself, and helped build his self esteem. They have welcomed my son made him and myself feel like family. I highly recommend Rock City and their instructors.

My grandson Colby took Lessons at MMA. He was going through PTSD from his former step-father. The staff at MMA helped him built his self-confidence and made him feel like family. He is almost 21 now and loves life. Thank you to the MMA family for helping kids reach their potential awareness that they are not helpless. Love the MMA at Rock City. Mary Ann

Held my friends Bachelor party here. It was fantastic. Great mix of physical challenge and fun with the games and obstacle course. Grappling and Striking lessen was easy to follow and a fun introduction.
