Best boxing gym in northern CA. Coach Shawn is an amazing teacher and mentor. If you want to learn real boxing and the sweet science of it he will break it down in a way that you can understand. I've tried at least 10 other boxing gyms from Sacramento to the bay and none compare to Cayuga Boxing Club.
Cayuga Boxing is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. The coach is extremely professional, dedicated, and makes everyone feel welcome regardless of skill level. From the moment I joined, I felt like part of a family. The workouts are challenging, well-structured, and focused on real technique. What really sets this place apart is the sense of community—we even have offsite events that bring everyone together outside the gym. It’s more than just a place to train; it’s a place to grow mentally and physically. Highly recommend!

Cayuga Boxing club is a fantastic place to come and train. I absolutely love the positive atmosphere. The layout is efficient, clean and well-maintained. Parking could not be easier. I am always impressed with Coach Shawn. He is committed to great service and does it with passion. Very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Prices are phenomenal and there are no contracts. The best gym in the Sacramento area!

I have been training with coach Shawn for 12 years. He is a great coach and is very knowledgeable about the sport. Gym is filled with great people and everybody treats each other like family. Clean facility, great people and an environment that promotes learning and growth.
Best boxing gym in town! Coach is very knowledgeable and you could really feel his passion for boxing right away. He puts safety of his fighters first and will work with you to get your foundations right. Everyone at the gym is so welcoming and they feel like my boxing family already. I will definitely come back to get in shape and work to become a better boxer.
