Best Gym to be at! My 8 year old son absolutely loves coaches especially coach Thomas Coach Thomas puts his hard work and dedication to train his kids! We love training with him!

Amazing place to train. All ages have something to do! Kids just learning have a great program to teach them defenses and discipline! Teens have the change to learn skills and technique, and adults also have a great chance to learn and perfect it all. Thomas is an amazing person to do business with respectable and respectful 🫡 highly recommend Thomas Fallon MMA for your self man or woman and or your children!

I've been training with Thomas for a multitude of years now! His devotion to his community is indomitable. He has a big heart and cares deeply for those around him. Tom’s gym has changed my life, the quality of training is top notch and he pushes you while teaching you solid technique in a way that makes sense. Very affordable and welcoming to any level including kids! Took multiple gyms to find the level that Tom produces in his gym and I’m extremely happy giving him my business!
