Much respect to Coach John. He is very attentive and technical. Coach John takes his time to actually learn everyone's name. Training sessions are non stop!! He motivates everyone and keeps it fun. Highly recommend joining! All four of my kids love Coach John. Other gyms we've been to has no program and is always having the same training, nothing changes. Coach John always changes things up.

I highly recommend John Island Boxing to anyone. I brought my 6 yr old son for some boxing fundamentals. John went above and beyond. He started working with footwork drills, proceeded to proper punching techniques, all while explaining why these things are done this way and the importance of executing properly. He had my son laughing at times, keeping him engaged the entire time. I will definitely keep my son under Johns training, I see John taking my son to that next level fast. I highly recommend John Island Boxing, you will not be disappointed.

Coach John is exceptional! My 8-year-old son receives personalized attention to help with focus and coordination, even in a mixed-age group. The safe, respectful environment he fosters is evident in his steady progress. Plus, the convenient facility and joint gym are great bonuses for parents. Highly recommended!
