I would give 10 stars if the review had an option. Best Martial Arts gym in The Greater Sacramento area. From the management team to the coaching staff, they all are so knowledgeable, professional and passionate. My boys and I have been training here since they opened. I have nothing to say but good things .Highly recommend them!
This is a solid fight gym with many options for would be fighters. The open gym availability is a valuable asset for athletes to keep sharpening their skills outside of class hours. The trainers are world class as well. I’ve began training Muay Thai with Coach Jon and have picked up some great insight thus far and plan to continue. There are plenty of classes to attend with great instructors. This is an amazing spot to check out!
My first kickboxing class. Great work out. Coaching was easy for my brain and a challenge for my body, the way it should be. Staff was friendly and helpful without being too intimidating. 10 out of 10 would come to this gym again.
Joining this gym was easily one of the best decisions I made. I went here for almost a year before moving. The kickboxing classes are a great place to begin (coach Jon was great). Not as scary as you might expect, it’s a really easy-going atmosphere.
This place is amazing. The kid’s program is so great. My 7 year old is having a blast in his kickboxing classes. Also, the schedules overlap in a cool family style so I can do my class while he does his and we can cheer each other on. The vibe is just really cool too. I’m remembered when I walk in the door and treated like I’ve been a longtime member and friend even though we’re still new. I love this gym!
