Our family of 4 is proud to be part of Phas3 family. The impact It has had on my 11 yr old son through the leadership program has been amazing. Forever grateful for the mental, physical and emotional growth.
My daughter joined 3 months ago and it’s been excellent. All the instructors have the kids engaged from start to finish all while fostering a great group spirit. For me, it’s not only the instruction but the way the kids are encouraged to do “homework” which is writing down things they’re proud of every day and also recording when they made healthy food choices. So, learning a martial art and building themselves up mentally and physically.
PHASE3 is a great place to work out. The moment you step on the mat you can feel the energy this school creates. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient, always willing to answer questions and offer assistance. You can tell they all love what they do.
They are the best! I highly recommend them because they take a holistic approach — not just focusing on the physical aspect, but also including education about nutrition and character building.
