My 6yo son attends their boxing class. Coach Rosendo and his team knows how to apply the best approach in each student to learn and have discipline.
I’ve been going to Sanchez boxing for about 6 months now and absolutely love it. The owner Rosendo and coaches are all great and really push you. Everyone from adults to youth are all very respectful and supportive. Plus I’ve lost 30 pounds since joining so thats definitely a plus. Come try a free class you won’t be disappointed!
My daughters and I recently joined this gym a couple months ago I highly recommend any of the classes they have here. Rosendo sanchez has a great welcoming including all his coaches very well respected and thier class performance is outstanding . I enjoying the adult class and the kids class !
The best boxing, MMA, and Jui-jitsu classes available in Sonoma County by far. It is a well taught out program to help develop all genders , age group, and physical ability's of all who wish to join. My wife and two daughters are in Mr. Sanchez class and it has been a blessing and a transformation for the best! Highly recommended stop by 1st class is free you will not be disappointed! The coaching here is absolutely the best. Rosendo and his staff are amazing. They preach respect hard work and discipline. More than that, they are mentors and friends to all that come and put in the work. I can't say enough about how thankful I am to be considered part of their extended family.
