I am a physician. My job is to help people improve their health and live a long life free of limitations. I can only hope that I do half as much for my patients as DaVarryl Williamson has done for me. The hours I spend training at TOS are among the best, most fulfilling times in my week. DaVarryl has created a true family among the people who regularly come to his gym. TOS is simply the best!

This boxing gym is one of a kind! You will feel welcome, motivated, pushed to be your best. This gym has been a life changing experience for two of my sons! This place is the real deal.

Best boxing gym in Denver. Getting trained by a Pro and learning from one of the best to ever do it is a very cool experience. Classes are challenging but worth it. If you wanna learn, get a killer workout, and grow your community this is the place to do it!!!
