My son has been attending King Kong MMA since he was 5 years old, and the experience has been incredible. Not only has he learned different martial arts techniques, he has also gained discipline, confidence, strength, and respect. Master Bao is an excellent instructor who truly cares about the kids and takes the time to guide them in all aspects of martial arts and personal growth. The environment is supportive, motivating, and family-oriented. We are very grateful to be part of the King Kong MMA community and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a positive and empowering activity for their child.

I have two children, 8 and 5 yo, enrolled in King Khong MMA and been extremely happy with how the program is run. The classes instill discipline and confidence in the children. They learned of a lot of Jiu Jitsu skills and actively practice the moves in class to progress. Master Bao along with assistant Master Zezao and Leo help provide direction and positive atmosphere. Happy to recommend to anyone as a parent.

We love the instructors, and my kids are learning so much about self-defense! The studio is always clean, warm, and inviting. Master Bao is engaging and patient, walking the kids through each technique step by step. Highly recommend!

Never formally studying a martial arts before, I researched different schools in the DMV area and took a few trial classes at different locations. I can confidently say that King Khong MMA is an excellent school to learn a variety of martial arts—no matter if you have prior experience, or are starting as a beginner in her late 20s like me. Under Master Bao’s guidance and leadership, I look forward to attending class and learning more each time. What makes King Khong MMA different and unique in the best way, in my opinion, is the welcoming and warm environment of coaches and students. I genuinely leave in a much happier mood and am more confident after each class, that feeling hasn’t gone away after 6 months! If you’re thinking about taking a trial class and seeing for yourself how amazing of a school this is, I promise you won’t regret it! 😊

My daughter and I have been with King Khong MMA coming up on 4-years. My only regret is that I cannot take more classes! We travel 4-days per week all the way from Ashburn now, willing to fight that traffic and adjust schedules - hopefully that tells you how important Bao and King Khong MMA are to our family. We would love a place here in Ashburn - we even searched - but there simply isn't a place like KKMMA. You're going to get the best instruction (especially the kids) at King Khong MMA, but you are going to feel like family at the same time. There's an energy of love and passion when you walk in those doors, not judgement, and neglect. Watching people progress and transform is simply amazing; especially the kids who are of the age grpup where bullying is starting to happen. Just an all around great place with great instruction and great values. DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR...
