I felt a bit intimidated and nervous before I walked in but the staff and coaches are super welcoming. I Immediately felt comfortable working with one of the coaches (I had zero experience so it was nice to see them walk me through everything) Definitely a no judgement zone. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to try a boxing gym.

I was in Boca for a few days so dropped in and attended 3 group boxing classes, run by head coach and owner Dyah Davis and coach Krzysztof Jotko. I really enjoyed both coaches classes and coaching styles and appreciated learning from their vast experience. I always find it kind of nerve racking walking into a new gym and this is the first boxing gym that I have attended outside of the UK, but I have to say the whole team at Boca Boxing district and all of the members made me feel really welcome, I had a brilliant time. In summary I’d say that the gym is very well run, has a really nice atmosphere and top class training suitable for all levels. Thanks again to the whole crew, hopefully see you next time I’m in town.

Brilliant boxing gym! I whole heartedly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout and a good time. There is no need to be intimidated if you are new to boxing or working out. Everyone is very friendly and the coaches are absolutely awesome. Keeks is the best!

10/10 great place to learn boxing. The gym is clean and big. They also just expanded into the unit next door and added strength training equipment. The owner and head coach Dyah has championship boxing experience and trains a lot of pro fighters. He’s patient and gives his students good coaching. Goose is also a really good coach. People at this gym are friendly. I’ve been training at Boca Boxing District since Aug. 2020 and highly recommend it.

Private sessions with one of the best boxing coaches in the world Dyah Davis will have you feeling like you can conquer the world. The gym is clean, professional, and an extremely motivating environment. You will learn skills, and experience that you can take with you into the square circle and outside into the real world as well. Boca Boxing District is hands down one of the premier boxing gyms in all of Florida, if not one of the premier boxing gyms in all the world.
