My name is Tom. I have been in this Gym for almost 9 years. I came here because of my wife, Nancy. Nancy did not have any confidence of herself. Since we joined this IX3 in Boca Raton, Nancy have gain her confidence and also the appearance. Very happy to attend this facility because of friendly environment and so wonderful coaches…

Excellent vibe, coaches, classes! The gym is clean organized, coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, super nice, really care! Been there for almost two years I love it!

I joined intensity a couple of years ago and it’s been the absolute best decision I’ve made for my physical and mental health. All of the coaches are amazing and there is a great sense of community among members. It’s home to me and the benefits have been countless.

I used to be a gym guy, boring and self guided workouts. Until my wife signed me up for a free week, said “ try this “ and now best try out ever. Since day one ☝🏼, I enjoyed and felt very welcome by their staff Rach, Stephanie helped me out explaining everything to detail. Let me tell you the classes are F amazing (excuse my language). The vibe and great energy from the coaches like Damian(awesome), Catt, Ivy and Chris I can’t. Describe brings people together , gives you all the motivation you need to feel alive once you complete the classes. I’m Extremely happy, full of energy and definitely more motivated than ever to do your workouts. Not boring, not a sacrifice, not just another session. IntensityX3 brings workouts to the next level and make you feel part of their family. I hope I can recommend every single person looking to improve you health, physics and personal motivation. This is the place. The place to find yourself, find friends, feel connected, be seen, be surrounded with support, and reach for new goals. I knew it the second I walked through the door, this is the place. No one is going to judge me. I have help and encouragement. I'm going to be lovingly pushed to pursue my full potential. While everything else in the world is so unclear, I'm immensely grateful for my luck in finding this gym and community. If you're unsure of where to go, come on in, we can't wait to meet you.
