The locker rooms are extremely dirty. The same wet paper mess has been on the floor for two weeks now and has spread all over. This is in addition to if the new small messes on the floor. Get the girl on the front desk and surfing the Internet everyday to do it. Please empty the wipe trash cans too.
I enjoy Crunch gyms. I have been to many locations and being able to do so makes the membership convenient. I especially love the variety of fitness classes. My feedback about this gym is that it’s dirty. I was on a treadmill and noticed a layer of dust on all of the machines. Then you look up and the ceiling and AC vents are COVERED in dust 😷 This morning the trash can under the wipes on the second floor was overflowing and trash was all over the floor…but at least there were wipes since it’s a 50/50 shot there are even wipes to use. Management needs to do better with upkeep and cleaning/dusting. These monthly and annual fees we pay should go towards maintenance for their members to continue to enjoy a clean and well kept facility.
Turned a healthy habit into a painstaking chore!!!! This is by far the worst fitness club experience you will pay for. The bonus here is that you can split payment between money and emotional anguish. If ylu work weekends good luck fitting into thier hours of operation Over crowded and under equipped. Even the personal trainers have issues getting clients to machines which im sure hinders thier daily plans. There's about 20% chance you'll be able to do cable flys on one of 3 functional training machines. Since they're probably in though use you can opt to wait for the ONE SINGLE pec-deck fly machine. Hamsting curls are safest on one of two prone position machines, since the upright one stablizes your leg BELOW THE KNEE!! Power/squat rack area is pretty primo. Locker rooms reek of aromas previously only described in Lovellian literature. But, you can talk to the other dudes in the showers about it while making eye contact. Meaning the showers are divided like public restroom stalls with barriers starting at your knee and ending at your chest. (Varies by height of person) Trainers here seem over worked and under appreciated. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Honorable 5* mentions!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ***** OMAR!! GREAT DUDE! Good for the fitness community super good for functional mobility training! ***** Morning desk girl- perefect amoint of crass to get you motivated, absolute smoke show! ***** Christopher-one star PER national physique show contestant enterance! ***** Big-Dawg blonde kid- good vibes! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cancelation? Two weeks before my next payment was due I tried to cancel. This was not enough time for them i guess. Because I was told you have to give THIRTY DAYS notice!!(it was in the contract) this means You have less than 7 days throughout the entire year to cancel and not have to pay the following month. If this didnt get you up to speed, FRET NOT!! There's enough gear in here that you could probably build an entire F-1 racing team.
Do NOT sign up here unless you enjoy being charged forever I’ve never dealt with a gym that makes it this difficult—borderline impossible—to cancel a membership. What should be a simple, routine process turned into weeks of wasted time, multiple calls, false confirmations, and repeated charges. Here’s exactly what happened: I initiated my cancellation back in March. I was told by staff that everything would be handled and that I just needed to wait for confirmation. I followed up when I didn’t hear anything, only to be told again that it would be taken care of. I was even given reassurance that my membership would be canceled. Then I got charged anyway. On March 31st, I called again. I spoke with an employee named Mike, who told me I would receive a cancellation form via email. I received that email the same day and the cancellation form was dated 3/31—proving the cancellation clearly hadn’t been wrote up when they originally claimed it was. I completed everything required and was told a refund was being submitted and that I should check back for results. No refund came. Then, on April 30th, I got charged AGAIN. At this point, I called and explained the situation to the GM, who admitted that the cancellation had been “put in incorrectly” and said they were just now fixing it. Let that sink in—over a month later, after multiple confirmations, they’re only “just now” processing it correctly. I was also told I’d get a call back. That never happened either. What makes this worse is the pattern of behavior. Employee’s named Jacob and Mike appear to be signing people up and deliberately delaying or mishandling cancellations—likely to keep memberships active longer than they should be for commissions. When this was brought to the attention of management, instead of addressing it, they protected them. That tells you everything you need to know about how this place operates. Between Jacob’s shady handling, Mike’s repeated misinformation, and the GM’s complete lack of follow-through, this entire situation has been handled with a level of incompetence that’s honestly impressive. I have: • Been told multiple times my membership was canceled when it wasn’t • Received a cancellation confirmation email AFTER already being told it was done • Been promised a refund that never came • Been charged again after said “confirmation” letter • Been told I’d receive callbacks that never happened This is not a mistake. This is a system that either doesn’t work—or is designed not to. If you’re considering signing up here, understand this: getting in is easy. Getting out is a nightmare. Save yourself the stress, the time, and the money. Go somewhere else.
This location is great. I amTraveling on vacation and am so impressed. I like the crunch I frequent back home but maintenence is lacking. Sauna has been down for months water fountain broken for weeks. I am very happy to find the lack of maintenance/repair is only unique to my home location and not the norm thruought the crunch network
