I’ve been training at this gym for about a year now and I can honestly say that it’s a great gym. It’s a good fit for both amateurs and skilled martial artists as there are many individuals with varying skill levels. Everyone is friendly, the coaches are patient, and it’s just fun overall. And even if you’re just tryna burn calories and lose weight, you’ll still find it enjoyable.
This is the best gym in Jacksonville. I'm not from Jacksonville so I came looking for the best gym with the best coaches. This is definitely it. If your serious about boxing come to this gym. They will get you on the right track if your looking to compete and get you in shape for every bout.
