I love this place! I’ve never been into fitness but once I started knockout, I can’t imagine not working out. All the trainers are great, make you feel comfortable and motivate you every single day! Definitely recommend!
This gym is literally out of this world. The coaches are so kind, patient, motivating, & fun ! This gym has become like a second home to me. If you want to join a gym with a positive fun environment where the coaches push you to do your best, this is the gym for you. 10/10 recommend!!!! Get ready to have the best workout of your life!
The best gym in Miami. All coaches show they love to be there, and love to help people. Ive seen them all correct people, and teach them, including my self.They explain to you you each workout before the class. have never sweat so much! They challenge you everyday and I love it. Ive been a member for a year now and I have never felt better. So glad I found this gym! They make you feel right at home
This gym has become my home, my happy place and I highly recommend it. If you put the work in and truly want to see a change this is your place. They educate and guide you on how to properly do the workouts, what to eat and how to box. I went from not working out at all to not missing a day. It’s been the only gym that I have truly seen and felt changes. Not only are the trainers knowledgeable but they genuinely care and cheer you on and I can’t ever imagine working out somewhere else.
