This is a world class gym where you will learn the fundamentals of boxing in a professional and clean environment, they have everything you need here (high level coaches, heavy bags, ring, weights, locker room, shower, free parking, the park has an outdoor track, a hill to do sprints, a lake). As a woman who knew no one training here prior to walking in to the gym - all the coaches have been so welcoming! I would recommend this gym to anyone who has any interest in boxing - the training here is at the highest level and yet they’ve managed to tailor the training to be suitable for all levels and all ages. I love training here and recommend it to everyone!

This is literally the best boxing gym in Miami hands down! The environment the culture is welcoming. The boxing and training here is next level. The best thing is the coaching here is Professional. I recommend if your looking into a boxing gym this is it!
