Amazing location, awesome vibes and amazing owner. The fact that the gym is 24/7 is just the icing on the cake. They have every bag you’d need for a workout/ training with plenty of free weights for a standard workout. Definitely 5/5 and would recommend anyone of any age sign up.

Chad is a great trainer and a great motivator. This is a full service boxing gym with individual and group training, for men, women and children wanting to get in shape, wanting self discipline and self confidence. He has a full supply of equipment. I have years of experience working out in professional boxing gyms .and Chad's gym ranks among the best in equipment, professional guidance as well as cleanliness. I'm an 81 year old man keeping my self in shape and this will be my go to place every time I'm in Sarasota
