Chad is a great trainer and a great motivator. This is a full service boxing gym with individual and group training, for men, women and children wanting to get in shape, wanting self discipline and self confidence. He has a full supply of equipment. I have years of experience working out in professional boxing gyms .and Chad's gym ranks among the best in equipment, professional guidance as well as cleanliness. I'm an 81 year old man keeping my self in shape and this will be my go to place every time I'm in Sarasota

Great gym with great people, Chad has years of experience and keeps everybody sharp. I've sparred with everybody here and it's all love. Clean spot to learn how to fight or get some good work in

Coach Chad and this gym are the real deal. The training is tough but supportive, and Chad knows exactly how to push you while keeping it fun and motivating. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell he truly cares about every fighter’s progress. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their boxing and fitness!
