Adam, EJ, Bella, and Drew are all awesome trainers, each with their unique styles. You will always get a great workout and some excellent tips for your boxing skills. The classes are reasonably priced and accommodating. The kids classes are great, too! EJ keeps the kids attentive and engaged. WARNING: If you offend easily or are “PC”, this gym’s not for you. Otherwise, you’ll have a great time as long as you have a good sense of humor.

Great Gym! If you are looking to Loose weight, get back in shape, box, strengthen your core…or Just an all around workout, this is the place! The coaches are great. They never repeat the same workout. The clases are built for all levels. You will never feel like you are judged or like you don’t fit in. From young to old…you will not only get a great workout but you will have a lot of fun doing it!

My daughter Samantha has been going to Jaco's for 7 years. This gym definately offers the best cardio workout designed for individual's needs. The trainers especially Adam Jaco are professional, dedicated, compassionate, and make the workout experience fun!!! Very reasonably priced and clean offers group workouts and prices as well. If you're looking for a new gym this is the ONE!

Excellent gym. The best workout in Sarasota by far. Adam Jaco is a true professional and music connesiour. His workout playlist is extensive and varies from day to day, so you never hear the same song twice. If you are looking for a no nonsense boxing gym, this is the spot in 941.

Best Gym in SRQ! They offer a plethora of classes through the day to fit any schedule. They also have PT by appointment and Coaches that you can trust have your best interest in mind. Above everything else though, the community that exists between the walls of this place is like no other.
