The Glo is an amazing workout studio with a welcoming, positive atmosphere. Every instructor is encouraging and does a great job breaking down workouts into easy-to-follow steps, no matter your fitness level. The Glo Babe community is truly uplifting and supportive, making every class something to look forward to. I've been going to The Glo for over a year now and absolutely love it 💕 It's a small, welcoming space with the best girl-power energy ✨ The classes are incredible—Autumn is my go-to! She's so encouraging and her playlists always hit 🎶 Kirsten, the owner, is just as amazing and makes everyone feel right at home 💪 Since starting, I’ve seen real changes—more muscle tone, better stamina, and the movements are super easy on my knees 🙌 Whether it’s barre, boxing, bounce, or sculpt, every class challenges me in the best way 🔥 If you're looking for a supportive, fun, and empowering gym, The Glo is it 💫

I’ve been bouncing every Tuesday morning at 6am now for over a month. Kristen is so amazing! She keeps a great pace, between pushing us and slowing down at the combo!! Great atmosphere and perfect way to start the day!!

After being out of the gym for over a year recovering from shoulder surgery and navigating some major life changes, I was nervous about getting back into a routine. But joining Glo has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. From day one, Kirsten and the rest of the team have been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and uplifting. The classes are fun, challenging, and full of variety—which keeps things exciting and keeps me coming back! The energy at The Glo is contagious, and I truly feel like I’m part of a community that encourages and empowers one another. I'm so grateful to be part of The Glo family!

Joint the Glo has been the best decision I’ve ever made. Not only are the classes, fun yet challenging, they provide a full body workout. Our instructors are the best and our community of ladies have become close friends. I can’t imagine what my life would be, if I never made the leap to join The Glo!
