I went to this gym last weekend and at first it was pretty nice then I saw Gus the owner tear this black kid Down with disrespect The kid look to be no older than 10 and it was all because the young man didn't hear him he profusely cursed at this young child as if this child was unhuman. As I paid attention to the commotion the child literally was not rude and was not disrespectful it was literally because the young man could not hear him. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing and not one person spoke up disgusting.! Not to mention the parent that was accompanying the child politely got the child and left the establishment I watched as she spoke to him asking and over heard her just say they were leaving.I should have spoken up and I'm sorry I didn't no family should be treated like that.

Some guy named Carlos Smith who goes here got mad and threatened me to a fight and said I needed to show up at 6PM today. So unprofessional.

They run a great boxing gym for those who want a great, fun, and empowering workout AND they truly are a HOUSE OF CHAMPIONS. The owner, Gus Curren, is in the boxing hall of fame but super down to earth and a dedicated coach even if you’re not looking for a pro fight. He and his wife, Macy, together create a family atmosphere. It’s a family built around the core values of strong minds and strong bodies. Send your sons and daughters here if you want fit teens with a good head on their shoulders. All adults with a backbone welcome. There’s even a class for those with Parkinson’s disease.
