Honestly, I am blown away by this gym. As a newcomer, I was almost expecting heavy sales tactics and egos. This gym has none of that. The staff is authentic, genuine, the member culture is welcoming and all kinds of people here. Several have introduced themselves producing great vibes. The coaches are top tier and pay attention and will correct you, help you and guide you. I am so glad to have joined and look forward to building a sense of community and further my health journey with a new, invaluable skillset.
This gym has gone completely downhill. All of the good coaches are gone, and it’s painfully obvious the owner doesn’t care about anything except taking your money. The place is filthy, especially the bathrooms — the toilets are literally black with grime and there’s stuff all over the back of the toilet seats. To make it worse, the bathroom door has been broken for two years, so people constantly open it while you’re inside. The AC is always broken, the equipment is old and outdated, and nothing ever seems to get fixed or improved. It feels neglected, unhygienic, and unsafe. If you’re looking for a gym that values cleanliness, maintenance, or its members, this is not it. Save your money and go somewhere that actually gives a crap.
I’ve been extremely disappointed with this gym. All of the good coaches were let go and only given one day’s notice before being removed from the schedule, which shows a complete lack of respect for the people who actually made this place worth coming to. On top of that, the gym is consistently dirty, including the bathrooms. The AC is constantly broken, and there are days when it’s 80–90 degrees inside, which is unacceptable for a place where people are working out. Paying $100 a month feels like throwing money away—none of it seems to go back into maintenance, cleanliness, or staff. From my own conversations with the owner, it’s clear he doesn’t care about members’ concerns or the overall experience. There are far better gyms out there that actually value their members and staff. I would not recommend this place.
I got injured soon after starting, followed by several deaths in my family and subsequently moving. I tried to cancel my membership or find a way to not pay as much since I hadn't gone quite as often as I would have liked. I was reminded 4 times over the phone that if I had joined a couple months earlier they could have helped me but now I have to pay 350 dollars to not use the service anymore. Great people at this gym, but horrible management.
Very mediocre classes for youth, so many coaches and these kids don’t learn anything. Felt more like a playground to release energy than learn a sport. Also be advised that even though you sign up for “commitment” plans it is your responsibility to cancel which is absurd. So you will be charged for not canceling when you only signed up for 3 months. Lol Will never use this nor recommend these classes/ this gym to nobody.
