Took my son here while visiting from CA. Such a great place. Owners and coaches are warm and welcoming. The instruction is excellent and class structure is great. Will definitely be back!

What an incredible experience at this gym I was on the island for a few days and had the chance to drop in for Open Mat on Friday and the No Gi morning class on Tuesday and these guys absolutely bring it. The atmosphere is welcoming positive and high level all at the same time From the moment I walked in Scotty and Lex made me feel right at home It is clear they have built something special here a strong team culture with great energy on and off the mats. The rolls were tough technical and a lot of fun Whether you are just starting your journey or you have been training for years this is a place where you will grow and feel supported. This will definitely be my go to spot anytime I am in town Highly recommend stopping by You will not regret it see you on the Mats!

My daughter and her friend are very happy training here. Great martial arts academy for all levels! a great asset to the island!!
