I’ve had such a great experience at this gym! The environment is always clean, welcoming, and motivating. The equipment is well-maintained, and there’s plenty of space whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, or stretching. I especially want to shout out Ohu she is absolutely amazing. She’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely cares about everyone’s progress. She takes the time to explain things clearly and makes you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. Her energy is uplifting, and she really pushes you in the best way possible. If you’re looking for a gym where you feel supported and inspired, this is the place. Highly recommend!

First time at 24 Hour Fitness and I had a great experience! Jason and Rhonda gave me a great tour and made me feel welcome. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I really appreciate their help — made my first visit super smooth!

Been coming here for the better part of a year now and always have received excellent customer service and a great workout. The equipment here is top of the line and their new recovery room is definitely worth the extra price. The man to see for questions or anything is Brandon, hasn’t failed me once since I’ve started coming. Excellent job Kapolei 🤙

Jaymee was so helpful! Haven’t been to this gym in so long but when I came back home for the holidays I needed a place to lift. She was very welcoming and professional. Really pleasant experience in comparison to the mainland 24’s I’m used to dealing with. I will be back every time I visit home.

Brandon was the epitome of professionalism with a side of friendliness and well knowledgeable. He helped us sign up and explained everything in detail. The gym can be a bit intimidating but Brandon was so reassuring and encouraging. Can’t wait to hit the gym. Please recognize Brandon as an asset to your company. Truly the best customer service. He’s a gem.
