My family and I traveled to Ko Olina for vacation from NJ. Looked up what Crossfit affiiiate was closest for a drop in and Crossfit West Oahu was 5 min. away. We felt welcomed the moment we walked in the box. Coach JT was great. So we’re the other athletes. Within minutes we were getting roasted like back home. Nice triplet AMRAP with options for any level of experience. 100% recommend.
Dropped in for a workout while on vacation and had a great experience! The coach and owner were very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The drop-in process was super simple and easy. Highly recommend and can’t wait for another chance to go back!

Geographic location is great for if you live and/or work in Kapolei. I also like how you are able to sign in the same morning versus reserving a spot the night before for in case you have obligations or things come up in the middle of the night. Coaches seem to be great! The only thing for improvement is for the gym to offer a 1 week free trial so that way people who may not have ever done CrossFit before can experience different workouts to really feel it out. Otherwise, my one-day free pass allowed me to get the vibe of a few of the people. Thank you!

Had a great time dropping in for the week I was visiting. Friendly and welcoming community with knowledgeable coaches. Appreciated the flexible pricing structure, allowing me to pay for just a week (most other gyms on island have minimums of 2 weeks or a month) Looking forward to coming back in the future!
