I am a professional Mixed Martial arts fighter here in Maui Hawaii and i can say with absolute certainty that since i have started training with marvelous (Boogeyman Muay thai) my muay thai/ stand up game has reached a whole new level. He sees the smallest little discrepancies and helps me correct them with proper technique, movement and speed . Every single time After i leave one of our training sessions i feel like a more advanced and intelligent fighter. He has the proper knowledge, patience and desire to help anyone achieve their goals at any level. Marv is Hands down the best striking coach iv ever had.

I have had the pleasure of being coach Marv’s first student and I’m so honored. From day one he has been the most patient, kind, knowledgeable and dedicated coach. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to start their Muay Thai journey. He truly is the best.

I just took my first class with Coach Marvelous and I loved it! I have been practicing Muay Thai for a few months and I learned a LOT in his Beginner’s class. 10/10 recommend

Coach marvelous has been my coach since the beginning of my mma career, over 9 years as my striking coach we have traveled and competed around Hawai’i & the United States. Started as an amateur fighter now signed to a top PRO MMA organization and the best sports management team in the world. I could write a novel about marv, but the biggest thing I admired out of the millions of things, is his drive to always evolve as a human, coach and a Muay Thai specialist. His knowledge and way of breaking down every aspect of technique and reasoning behind why you would do such a move is what keeps your mind growing. Marv coaches every level of athlete, he’s patience, he’s informative, he’s caring, he’s funny and he will always make sure to give you all the tools you need to grow in Muay Thai or MMA or in personal training. Watching and witnessing his achievements over the years has been nothing short of admirable. if your even just visiting Maui & want to get a workout in, or learn a new sport or even continue your training while on vacation I highly Recommend taking a class or a personal. Being one of his very first students and seeing the program and community he has built with all levels of athletes is a true testament in what you can achieve learning under him. Also who doesn’t love getting a great workout in while having fun and making new friends and become apart of a ohana “family” here in Maui.

Coach Marv is an excellent coach!! From day one, it was evident to me that Coach Marv was not just a remarkable Muay Thai instructor but a genuine mentor, who truly cares about his students' progress. Muay Thai can be an intimidating sport for beginners, but he always took the time to break down complex techniques and explain them in a way that was easy to grasp. He created a supportive and encouraging environment for me to learn Muay Thai. He always challenged and empowered me! Thanks Coach Marv!!
