I love NIAC! I have never met so many friends through a gym. The community is so welcoming, the variety of classes is amazing (yoga with Meg and HIIT with Izzy are my personal favs), their constant updates too just show that they are always working to make the best space for every member. Would highly reccomend!
Pretty overpriced for what it is. The rec center has more equipment, higher quality equipment, kinder employees, cleaner bathrooms/facilities, a sauna, and is cheaper. Go there instead 🙌🏼
Fantastic for those who love a positive gym culture and heavy vibes. The layout is a little cramped, but once you get used to it there are gnarly pumps to be had on the old school equipment and MULTIPLE racks of dumbbells up to like 150lbs. The owner, Blake, is the best gym owner I've met. He's constantly positive and encouraging, and the strongman classes and competitions he hosts are legit. I switched between the Snap Fitness in town and NIAC depending on what work season University Athletics was in; Snap is the place if you just want to workout, but NIAC is my go-to when I want to LIFT.
Very friendly staff and pretty much has all the equipment you need for resistance training and cardio. A big separate room for wellness class that you can use for SAQ training. And also fair price based on what they offer.
