One of my favorite gyms in Chicago.they are so helpful and knowledgeable. The coaches are welcoming just as much as the other people who train there. I always have a great time whenever I come. Coach Beck is great!!!!! She is so inspiring and a pleasure to be around.

Today was my son’s first time attending the free first class at Sam Colonna’s Boxing Gym in Dyer, and he came home saying, “Mom, you gotta sign me up — I need that!” 😄 The coaches were motivating, the environment was energetic, and you can tell they truly care about the kids learning discipline and skill. It’s hard to find a place that pushes you while keeping it fun, but they’ve got it down! We’re definitely signing up; highly recommend! 🥊👏🏾

I went for my first free class and I honestly enjoyed it at first I was bit nervous going alone not knowing anyone but ones I got in there I felt very welcomed and felt at home seeing other fighters as my self felt so good
