Absolutely love this gym!!! It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Nice location that feels safe to access during and outside staffed hours. Additionally they just updated some of their equipment which has been a big plus. The gym has spots to park right in front of the building if needed. The owners are great and make you feel a part of the community the second you walk-in. Highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a place to work out (and also support a local business).
Nice facility ,great staff , definitely recommend this gym also it 24hrs which is great for people with difficult work schedules
This gym is a Diamond in the rough. The warehouse district is seeing an explosion of up-and-coming businesses in the area, and the gym is right in the middle of it. A new micro-brewery is almost open next to the gym. The gym has what you are looking for. I primarily used the open gym part and was able to get my short workouts in when I showed up. The 24/7 access is a great option to have. I tried the tanning beds a couple times and they worked great.
Great gym lots of free weights and machines nice and clean quiet environment with cooler machines stocked with energy drinks protein drinks and shelf full of protein products and etc and also has gym wear you can by for your self and also provides specific classes for your gym journey bathroom and showers included go check this place out !!!
While visiting family, long time friend Joe Winkler invited me to his gym for a workout. What a beautiful playground of equipment and open and fantastic gym. Thanks Joe. Had a great workout . Highly recommend 🙌
