Great gym, great energy, and exactly the kind of place that makes you want to show up and get after it. American Muscle Oakville has a fun, motivating vibe without feeling too serious or intimidating. Big shoutout to Dani for being awesome and making the place feel welcoming. Definitely glad I found this gym!

I love this place. I came here from fitcity and I’ve been here ever since. (2 year member) The outdoor gym is wonderful. I feel like a lot of people forget it’s there so it’s always peaceful. The staff is always friendly and the whole community here is dope. S2 comes in every once in a while and hands out free samples. The smoothies they make here are great too. I recommend this gym to everybody in the Oakville area.

Loved the outside gym and the boxing room and Dani was wonderful welcoming me! Bonus was the smoothie bar after a good cardio. I am definitely coming back!

Love this place, the vibes you feel when you walk in to meeting and talking with everyone it feels like home, the equipment is top notch and they have a massive selection so you can find a piece for everything you can think of. They also have an outdoor section that you can get great workouts in and get some sun. They also have a daycare with lots of fun things to keep your little ones busy.

So I have the OnePass with united healthcare and this is my 7th or 8th gym membership. I’ve got to say out of all of them this isn’t absolute favorite. I used to go to multiple gyms a week/day but ever since coming to AM, I just stick here. The first impression I had when signing up was great. The attendant (Connor) was super polite and a bit funny too. Every time I join a gym I’m always curious as to what the crowd is like, if they’re nice or standoff-ish, consistent or all over the place, and what the gym looks like on days with crazy weather. I’ve got to say out of every gym I’ve been to, the people here are my type of crazy. It was Sunday during the snow storm and usually I’d expect maybe one car to be in the lot, if any at other gyms but at AM there were 10 cars in the lot and a steady flow of people in and out the rest of the day. The people here are crazy nice, just like at the YMCA, and just like the Y there’s a great community here. It doesn’t have as much of a variety of equipment as planet fitness, club fitness, or crunch but it’s got everything I need to hit every muscle and that’s all I care about at this point. Love it here!! Highly recommend.
