Phenomenal experience, the gym had every piece of equipment I needed for strength conditioning and boxing while I was in town. Day pass was affordable and convenient.

Before Coach Allen left, it was a pretty great gym. Once new trainers came in, it went downhill. One trainer is responsible for my husband's finger being broken. After my husband told the owner REPEATEDLY to cancel his membership and he did not. This was NOT the first time. The owner does NOT do refunds, so we were out $120 when he was asked to cancel the membership. So I then blocked the company from being allowed to charge my card. I'm glad I did because since canceling TWO MONTHS AGO, they have tried to charge my card a total of 8 times. Please be advised that this may happen to you as well and that is the last thing I want for anyone.

Great gym. No complains about the equipment or the people. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. The only problem I have is during the summer it’s very hot. I don’t know if they don’t have air conditioning or what… but it makes it very hard to lift or train. At some points it’s difficult it breath due to all the trapped heat… they have some fans, but it’s not enough for everyone… but I would still recommend this gym…

Great team of people. Coaches here are the toughest people I know. They’re also passionate and serious about their work. Even for a guy like me with virtually no athletic history, they were welcoming and helped me grow as a fighter.
