Ced's Boxing Academy is right on point! Ced is welcoming, energetic, & challenging. A good place to challenge yourself no matter what level you are. He blends boxing fundamentals with circuit & strength training. You're definitely in for a solid workout when you come to Ced!

Ced’s Boxing Gym has been a motivating force in achieving my health goals. I joined 5 weeks ago and have already seen improvement in my fitness.
