Become a member a year ago. I call it my happy place :) It helps me in alot of ways mentally, physically,and just overall wellness. Great place to learn discipline and knowledge of defense by martial arts. The coach is great and encouraging makes ya feel welcome when your new.

If you’re looking for a school that’s more than a stagnant building and people that are not friendly , keep looking . What you’ll find here is top notch teaching and training from what I’d consider one of the best coaches I’ve ever had the opportunity to learn from. And the people aren’t just people . They are like family and will treat you like they’ve known you forever. My best advice would be to come out and give it a try. You won’t wanna leave and you’ll look forward to coming back.

By far the best gym in the state! Coach Austin & Andrew Ferguson bring nothing but slick, elite, technical techniques and they bring the best out of you. The whole team brings positive vibes and are very friendly to newcomers! A true martial arts gym 🥷🏽

Im glad I started my BJJ/Kickboxing journey at Headbangers. Sensei Lamont is a great teacher who does a lot for his students.

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Mr. Taylor for several years now. My oldest son, who is now 9, and I, along with my two boys, recently rejoined his gym—not only for the self-discipline it instills but because of the genuine care and dedication Mr. Taylor shows to everyone who walks through his doors. He has an incredible ability to connect with people, helping them grow mentally, physically, and athletically, while also guiding them to overcome personal challenges. This gym is so much more than a place to train; it feels like family. The environment is welcoming, with supportive and kind individuals—both ladies and gentlemen—who truly uplift one another. I can’t recommend this gym highly enough; it’s a place where you’ll feel at home while reaching your fullest potential!
