My 4 year old has been taking lessons here for a couple of months, and I must say I'm beyond satisfied with every aspect of the program. We instantly felt welcomed and the staff have been so kind and quick to answer all of our questions. The classes are JUST the right amount of time and the instructor has the amazing ability to keep the students engaged. My sons social skills are improving and ive truly enjoyed seeing the confidence, respect and discipline develop within the last couple of months. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a new skill, adults included.
We are so glad we made the decision to enroll our son in these classes. Not only does it teach him a bit of patience (we all need that!), it helps him with discipline, learning to listen, gives him confidence, and most importantly get to learn to defend himself and others. They have some amazing trainers and kiddos, and it's such a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend for any kids 5 and up! The bonus? Getting to see your child first hand learning and growing in the best of ways :)
Evolution Training Center is the best! My daughter Maria went on a field trip with her class and feel in love with them! She came home non stop talking about how great they are. We went in to try it out before we even signed up as a momma I wanted her to to gymnastics but she said this what was she wanted to do! Let me tell you its the best thing that we could have done and signed her up! You won't be disappointed they are wonderful!
I have certainly enjoyed my time at Evolution so far. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, fun, and always respectful. Each part of the class is easily modified to fit your skill and fitness level, so you are never stagnant as there's always an opportunity to work on yourself. Thanks to the high-caliber instructors, I have definitely enjoyed seeing my day-to-day progress and could already see a difference in my abilities after one month. Would absolutely recommend Evolution to anyone looking for a start in martial arts, self-defense, or overall fitness in general.
The owners and instructors at ATA truly care about their students. The training is excellent and has taught my son courtesy, respect, confidence and balance. My son has attended since age 5 and at age 14 is currently preparing for his third degree black belt. He has competed successfully in tournaments locally and in other states, in addition to training with Masters and the Grand Master. ATA is a fun and safe environment that works with my child!
